This site is run by Milone Consulting Ltd. Here is what you need to know about how your data is handled.

When you contact me

If you fill in the contact form, I collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and your message. I use this only to respond to your enquiry. I do not share it with anyone, and I delete it within 12 months if we don't end up working together.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — which sections they read, which links they click, and where they come from. This data is anonymous and does not identify you. It is only collected if you accept cookies when the banner appears. You can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics opt-out tool.

Third-party tools

This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on my behalf. If you book a discovery call, you'll be taken to Calendly — their privacy policy applies to any data you provide there.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete any personal data I hold about you. Just email me at marco@milone.consulting. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
